Solution Consultant - Remote

Overview

RainFocus is seeking a Solution Consultant to drive post-sale client implementations, consulting on platform configuration best practices, and educating clients on the RainFocus toolset.

In Short

• Work with clients to implement RainFocus software solutions.
• Train client admins on the RainFocus tools.
• Configure the RainFocus platform according to client needs.
• Identify business requirements and workflows.
• Facilitate system design workshops.
• Document requirements and solution designs.
• Communicate project updates and risks to managers.
• Balance priorities across multiple assignments.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver innovative solutions.
• Must be fluent in English and Japanese.

Requirements

• 2-7+ years of software implementation experience.
• Experience with SaaS solutions for enterprise clients.
• Proven success in process design and efficiency creation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, JSON is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%.
