Solution Consultant - Remote

Overview

RainFocus is seeking an exceptional Solution Consultant to drive post-sale client implementations, working closely with clients to consult on platform configuration best practices and educate them on the RainFocus toolset.

In Short

• Become an expert in RainFocus platform.
• Train client admins on the RainFocus tools and processes.
• Configure the RainFocus platform based on client needs.
• Identify business requirements and workflows with clients.
• Facilitate system design and architecture workshops.
• Document requirements, solution designs, and testing plans.
• Communicate updates and risks to project managers.
• Balance priorities across multiple assignments.
• Must be fluent in both English and Japanese.
• Willing to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%.

Requirements

• 2-7+ years of software implementation experience.
• Experience with SaaS solutions delivery.
• Proven success in process design and efficiency creation.
• Ability to think strategically to support business goals.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, JSON preferred.
