Project Manager (Morning Shift - Remote)

Overview

RainFocus is seeking an exceptional Project Manager to lead project execution and value creation for clients in a remote capacity, focusing on event lifecycle management.

In Short

• Manage project execution for client events using RainFocus software.
• Plan and drive project implementation, including scope and deliverables.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Document project activities and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Provide change management support for first-year event clients.
• Monitor project financial performance and manage expectations.
• Coordinate travel for onsite client events, averaging 5-7 days at a time.
• Work hours are 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. EST.
• 4+ years of project management experience required.
• PMP certification and event industry experience preferred.
