Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Experian is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical projects in the Direct-to-Consumer business, ensuring strategic goals are met through effective project execution.

In Short

• Lead delivery of medium to large-scale projects impacting multiple product areas.
• Translate goals and OKRs into delivery plans and execution milestones.
• Identify and address risks early, escalating when necessary.
• Facilitate collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Design.
• Apply Agile practices to enhance delivery speed and adaptability.
• Improve delivery frameworks and reporting methods.
• Represent project health and progress to senior leadership.
• Balance strategic and hands-on management of complex dependencies.
• Help evolve delivery models in alignment with Experian's Product Operating Model.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital product delivery within consumer tech, e-commerce, or FinTech.
• Proven track record in leading programs with measurable results.
• Experience with Agile and modern product delivery principles.
• Expertise in managing multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with OKRs and Product Operating Models.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Certifications in PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM preferred.
