• Manage the work of two Scrum teams of Frontend and DevOps engineers.
• Facilitate effective collaboration, communication, and coordination of tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on IT project management experience.
• Strong grasp of project management theory.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Solid understanding of Scrum principles and ceremonies.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Bitbucket/Git, and Jenkins.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
• Good prioritization and time-management skills.
• Keen attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain project schedules and keep team focus.
• Flexibility, persistence, and strong negotiation skills.
