The Customer Service Technician is responsible for providing technical support to customers regarding hosted business email and Microsoft Office 365, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.

  • 4-6 years of technical knowledge or experience.
  • Typing speed of 35+ wpm.
  • Experience with help desk/ticketing systems preferred.
  • Technical certifications like MCSA for Office 365, A+, Network + are desirable.
