Azure Engineer II - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled L2 Engineer with solid experience in Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and Windows Server Operations to support day-to-day infrastructure management in a hybrid cloud environment.

In Short

• Manage user accounts and groups in Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot Azure Active Directory sync failures and identity provisioning issues.
• Monitor and resolve Windows Server patch compliance and backup readiness.
• Utilize PowerShell for automation and diagnostics.
• Support AD-integrated services and perform domain controller health checks.
• Respond to alerts and performance issues using Azure Monitor.
• Execute scheduled patching using WSUS or SCCM.
• Analyze system performance and troubleshoot service failures.
• Work in a fast-paced Managed Services environment.
• Preferred certifications include AZ-104 and ITIL Foundation.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in infrastructure support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hybrid identity and authentication.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Windows Server.
• Ability to manage user/device access in Azure AD.
• Experience with patch management and backup solutions.
• Familiarity with RBAC and role assignments in Azure.
• Comfortable working in a Managed Services environment.
• Knowledge of Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Experience with DFS and server roles like File Server.
• Ability to perform post-patching validation and manage reboots.
