Overview

The Global Head of Application Services is responsible for managing the overall Application Services Business globally for Rackspace Public Cloud, focusing on business growth through Application Migration, Modernization, and Cloud Native Development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in building and leading Application Services.
• 15+ years as an Enterprise Architect.
• Strong background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
• Experience managing large teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Proven leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinker with strategic planning capabilities.
• Strong understanding of application architectures and cloud solutions.
• Experience with consulting and delivery practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
