M365 Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional with over 6 years of relevant experience in Office 365 and Active Directory administration.

In Short

• Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance and application deployment.
• Administer Entra ID (Azure AD) for user and device management.
• Maintain and troubleshoot On-Premises Active Directory.
• Deep technical expertise required across various Microsoft services.
• Preference for candidates with strong on-premises Active Directory experience.
• Experience with mail flow troubleshooting and email security.
• Knowledge of site management and access control in SharePoint Online.
• Experience with Teams Calling and device configuration.
• Understanding of identity protection and governance in Azure AD.

Requirements

• Over 6 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong technical background in Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and Intune.
• Familiarity with Azure AD and identity management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and manage complex environments.
• Knowledge of Group Policy Objects and domain architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
