Overview

Planet Technologies is seeking a highly motivated M365 Engineer to support impactful projects in managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments.

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide end-user support and training for M365 applications.
• Implement and manage security policies and compliance features.
• Configure and manage user accounts and permissions.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Strong understanding of M365 security and compliance.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Experience in IT support is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
