The Enterprise Sales Executive V specializes in identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with new or existing customers to drive profitable growth and enhance customer experiences. This role involves building deep relationships with strategic customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored IT and business solutions.

In Short

  • Responsible for the full sales cycle from winning new customers to growing existing accounts.
  • Utilizes industry knowledge to differentiate offerings and acquire new customers.
  • Engages with C-suite executives to understand customer challenges.
  • Develops and implements account development strategies.
  • Maintains a twelve-month business account plan and forecasts.
  • Builds strategic relationships within customer organizations.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities for new revenue streams.
  • Facilitates high-level negotiations and tender submissions.
  • Maintains awareness of market trends and internal activities.
  • Works with partners to drive profitable revenue and new customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • 12-14 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • High School Diploma or regional equivalent required.
  • AWS and Azure Certificates in sales training are a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Client/customer service experience.
  • Proven negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic customer needs.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, greater than 50%.
