Overview

The Customer Experience Advocate provides customer service and is passionate about working with customers, partners, and company partners to deliver a high-quality experience, minimizing effort to maximize loyalty.

In Short

  • Provide proactive customer support and resolve issues related to orders and service requests.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Ensure KPIs are met or exceeded within the financial period.
  • Represent Supply Chain and be the voice of the customers in the organization.
  • Provide proactive delivery information via Open Orders report.
  • Manage customer product returns and warranty claims.
  • Support Repair/Exchange Requests.
  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or supply chain roles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Experience building relationships with partners for assigned customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Affinity with Supply Chain and Customer Care.
  • Ethical behavior and ability to handle unforeseen situations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Office 365, SAP, and/or Oracle is preferred.
