Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• 4+ years in a leadership role within a multinational organization.
• Experience in a matrix environment.
• Strong process and continuous improvement orientation.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and conflicting priorities.
