Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer at R37, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering technical solutions that drive real business outcomes in the healthcare sector.

In Short

Own large, ambiguous business problems end-to-end.
Collaborate closely with product and operations stakeholders.
Design technology solutions and build high-quality software.
Ensure reliability, performance, and operational excellence of systems.

Experience in an AI-native environment.

Participate in in-person interviews for candidates in specific locations.

Requirements

Proven experience in building large-scale data platforms.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, Go, etc.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Technical leadership experience.
Interest in improving the US healthcare system.
Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
Familiarity with large-scale data platforms like Snowflake.
