Project Manager, Customs and Trade Compliance (Hourly Contractor) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-starting Contractor - Project Manager, Customs and Trade Compliance to support customs-related issues relating to inbound shipments from our global vendor network.

In Short

• Support customs-related issues for inbound shipments.
• Work cross-functionally with vendors, customs brokers, and 3PL partners.
• Build scalable operational processes for customs compliance.
• Manage inbound shipment workflows and documentation.
• Maintain real-time tracking of shipments.
• Investigate and resolve customs clearance issues.
• 3-6 month contract with potential for extension.
• Hourly position reporting to Customs and Trade Compliance leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or customs brokerage.
• Strong understanding of U.S. customs procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accountability and follow-through.
• Experience with 3PL warehouses or customs brokers is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
