Head of Network Forecasting - Remote

Overview

The objective of the Head of Network Forecasting is to create and manage forecasts at all key supply chain nodes from vendors, to fulfillment locations to cross-border transportation to domestic injection points to domestic returns facilities.

In Short

• Forecast Orders, Units and Inventory Levels at all key fulfillment locations by month, week and day
• Partner closely with internal global logistics team to share forecasts, review results and troubleshoot variances weekly
• Perform analytics to answer questions that will lead to improved KPI performance
• Increase efficiency across the supply chain including optimization based fulfillment logic
• Present Forecasts, Strategy and Plans weekly to executives
• May manage 1 or more individuals

Requirements

• 6+ years in a Logistics Planning, Inventory Planning or related Analytics roles
• College Degree Required, MBA or Masters in Supply Chain Management preferred
• Cross-border experience preferred
• Thorough understanding of supply chain connectivity
• Strong Analytic Skills with experience using advanced statistical functions in Excel
• Ability to source and organize disparate data
• Experience prototyping Inventory Optimization Techniques
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
• Strong commitment to continuously improve
