Senior Program Manager, Strategic Accounts - Remote

Overview

This role is a senior program manager for the company’s largest and most strategic clients, focusing on customer success and ensuring overall program success.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for selected strategic accounts.
• Interface directly with senior clients to ensure successful fulfillment of objectives.
• Collaborate closely with clients to address business needs.
• Oversee the entire program lifecycle and manage resources.
• Translate business needs into actionable plans.
• Drive growth of strategic accounts.
• Deliver insights focusing on business architecture models.
• Maintain a visible and trusted presence with clients.
• Work collaboratively with various Quid functions.
• Focus on achieving program success that translates into tangible business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of program management or consulting experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing large and strategic client accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in insights solutions or technology/data solutions preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up to 10% travel annually.
