Overview

The Lab Operations Success Manager at Quartzy will work closely with biotech and research organizations to enhance their operational efficiency using the Quartzy platform, helping them save time and reduce costs.

In Short

  • Conduct regular customer check-ins and optimization sessions.
  • Lead training sessions and product demos for users.
  • Provide guidance on lab supply management and workflows.
  • Identify optimization opportunities for assigned accounts.
  • Partner with account teams to ensure customer renewals.
  • Create insights and reports demonstrating efficiency gains.
  • Manage customer escalations effectively.
  • Discover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Report customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in lab management or operations in biotech.
  • Bachelor's degree in life science, business, or related field.
  • Experience with accounting software like Netsuite and QuickBooks.
  • Experience in training or implementing new tools.
  • Proficient in technology and data (Excel and Google Sheets).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts.
  • Empathy and patience in uncovering user needs.
  • Adaptable and motivated by continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel 4-6 times per year.
