Overview

Quartzy is seeking an ambitious Customer Success Manager to build lasting relationships with our amazing users, guiding them in setting goals and ensuring continued success with Quartzy.

In Short

  • Conduct regular customer check-ins and SaaS business reviews.
  • Lead customer training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations.
  • Identify ways for accounts to uncover more value from the platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales/Success teams to drive renewal rates.
  • Create and deliver customized reports and performance insights.
  • Manage customer escalations effectively.
  • Discover upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Report customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in lab management or lab operations in Biotech.
  • Experience training employees and doing presentations.
  • Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks Online or Netsuite.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Quartzy experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 4-6 times a year.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and grow.
