In Short

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of CEMs.
  • Drive CEM strategy and customer deliverables.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals.
  • Maintain and report accurate customer health and project status.
  • Collaborate with key teams including Deal Desk, Legal, and Operations.
  • Identify strategies to grow value within accounts.
  • Act as an escalation point for at-risk customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing revenue-focused roles.
  • 3+ years managing Post Sales – Customer Success or Services roles.
  • Proven track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings.
