Overview

The Customer Experience Manager will implement and monitor a continuous improvement policy for customer satisfaction, aligning with the company's strategies.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience focused on customer experience.
  • Previous team management experience required.
  • Analytical skills to exploit customer data.
  • Knowledge of the agro-food or B2B sector is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with customer satisfaction measurement tools.
  • Professional English required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to lead teams.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset.
