• Lead Source to Award and Contract Management processes.
• Manage RFx (Request for Information, Request for Quote, and Request for Proposal) activities.

• Set up and manage e-sourcing events and maximize potential through stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with Global Procurement teams for negotiation strategies.
• Administer RFx creation and evaluation processes.
• Understand legal and contractual vendor requirements.
• Ensure timely processing of incoming procurement requests.
• Provide support for various procurement projects.
• Report and drive resolution of incoming issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• 4–8 years of experience in procurement and sourcing.
• Familiarity with Source to Contract processes.
• Experience in eSourcing project planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of procurement systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and knowledge of another European language is a plus.
• Process improvement certifications are advantageous.
• Willingness for frequent travel within Europe.
