We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Experience Manager (m/f/d) with a passion for communication and experience with Google Shopping Ads.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on systematic work.
  • Experience in Client Success, Customer Experience, or Key Account Management.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Experience leading teams is a plus.
  • Knowledge of online agencies in the E-Commerce sector.
  • Fluent in English (C1) and German (C2).
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Management, or Marketing.
