Overview

Quartzy is seeking an ambitious Customer Success Manager to build lasting relationships with our amazing users, guiding them to set goals and ensuring continued success with the platform.

In Short

  • Conduct regular customer check-ins and SaaS business reviews.
  • Lead customer training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations.
  • Identify ways for accounts to uncover more value from the platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales/Success teams to drive renewal rates.
  • Create and deliver customized reports and performance insights.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure quick issue resolution.
  • Discover upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize growth.
  • Report customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in lab management or operations in biotech.
  • Customer success experience preferred or desire to transition.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Eager to learn and grow; Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Quartzy experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 4-6 times a year.
