Operations Manager, Lab Operations - Remote

Overview

An Operations Manager is needed to work with cross-functional teams to support new assay launches and process improvement projects across the clinical testing business.

In Short

• Collaborate with leaders across various disciplines to implement new product features.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to scope and build requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert on operational implementation of new assays.
• Identify and respond to project issues and risks.
• Report project statuses and quality metrics to team leadership.
• Propose and build new workflows to solve problems.
• Own stakeholder communication and project timelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with project or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience working as part of a larger team.
• Experience with product/engineering teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain multiple projects.
• Driven to identify problems and manage solutions.
• Ability to tailor communication for cross-functional teams.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with new technology.
