Requirements

  • 20+ years in consulting or professional services, preferably within boutique or mid-sized firms
  • Senior Management experience leading revenue, growth, or firm operations at a consultancy
  • Demonstrated ability to scale revenue while maintaining quality and margins
  • Experience building or formalizing business development and sales capabilities
  • Strong background in partnerships and alliances
  • Commercially rigorous with strong judgment
  • Comfortable operating in smaller, high-trust environments
  • Values craftsmanship, client relationships, and reputation
  • Builder who introduces structure without bureaucracy
  • Collaborative leader with low ego and high accountability
