Overview

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will provide visionary leadership and strategic oversight of Frost Valley YMCA’s comprehensive revenue-generating efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in development or revenue-focused roles.
• Track record of leading teams and growing revenue.
• Experience with fundraising campaigns and brand management.
• Strong understanding of donor cultivation and sales pipelines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
