Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to lead the administration and optimization of our employee benefits, wellness and leave programs. This role is critical in ensuring our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant and aligned with our strategic goals and employees wellbeing.

In Short

  • Process and administer all benefits programs and policies.
  • Administer leaves of absence and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Manage the company’s 401k plan administration.
  • Facilitate wellness campaigns and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Administer workers’ compensation claims and audits.
  • Prepare monthly benefit reconciliations.
  • Document benefits processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6 - 8 years experience in benefit plan design and administration.
  • Experience in promoting a company-wide Wellness Program.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS.
