• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in People Operations or HRIS.
• Proficiency in HRIS and data management.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and recordkeeping.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
