People Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The People Operations Specialist will support the People Services team within Data Solutions, managing a high volume of employee requests and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Manage high volume of People Services tickets in a Jira-based system
• Perform administrative tasks in Workday (HRIS)
• Execute data entry and spreadsheet-heavy operational work
• Provide employee-facing support (internal customer service)
• Support onboarding workflows and contractor onboarding/offboarding
• Identify and implement process improvements using AI tools
• Take on additional operational projects as needed
• 2-5 years of professional experience required
• Startup experience preferred
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data sets

Requirements

• Extreme attention to detail and ability to work quickly
• Strong organizational skills in a high-volume environment
• Process improvement mindset
• High-volume support experience preferred
• Workday and Jira experience is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation
