Overview

The People Operations Specialist will be responsible for analyzing various personnel data on a global level and preparing reports for stakeholders using Excel and PowerPoint. This role involves administrative tasks related to employee inquiries and managing HR information systems.

Requirements

• Experience in Human Resources Management or related fields.
• Strong interest in working with people and teamwork.
• Independent, precise, and reliable work style.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HR IS, ideally Personio.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
