As a Sales Manager at Qualysoft, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers in Germany with their digitization projects, enhancing the visibility and reputation of the company.

In Short

  • Responsible for comprehensive customer support in Germany.
  • Engage in cross-selling and up-selling activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to acquire new customers.
  • Conduct product presentations to customers, including C-level executives.
  • Prepare customer-specific offers and presales documents.
  • Negotiate contracts and prices with customers.
  • Execute sales campaigns on LinkedIn.
  • Maintain customer records in internal CRM.
  • Monitor and analyze the market to stay updated.

Requirements

  • Strong track record in solution-based B2B IT sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of the German IT market.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles.
  • High levels of energy and self-motivation.
  • Ability to develop accounts and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystems and low-code/no-code tools.
  • Willingness to travel across the DACH region.
  • Fluency in German and business-level English.
  • Solution-oriented approach to delivering results.
