  • Successfully onboard clients and implement customer projects.
  • Deliver solutions of value resulting in high renewal and expansion rates.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and solve problems creatively.
  • Support product improvements and assist sales in large deals.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Provide clients with a world-class experience.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a SaaS/Technology/Consulting Company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in delivering technical solutions.
  • Project management experience is beneficial.
  • Basic coding skills (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) are beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client-facing experience in a technical role.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
