Overview

The Principal Strategic Solution Engineer will showcase and drive business value demonstrations of our platform for customers, partnering with various teams to execute sales strategies and product innovations.

In Short

  • Lead and mentor Field and Partner SEs.
  • Refine sales engineering processes.
  • Provide presales technical support to clients.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and product demos.
  • Consult with customer management.
  • Participate in sales planning and business development.
  • Articulate product strengths relative to competitors.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience with SaaS software.
  • Experience selling to C/VP level buyers.
  • Ability to analyze business solutions across industries.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of SaaS software.
  • Ability to pivot to other system-related tasks.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Travel required (up to 25%).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
