• We are looking for an engineer to bring our Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence R&D strategy to the next level.
• Our goal is to personalize the Qualtrics experience using ML and AI features.
• This role will be for the Customer Care Engineering team in the Seattle office.
• Work in a supportive environment that enables individual growth.
• Develop scalable, robust, and highly available microservices.
• Implement new features and optimize existing ones.
• Collaborate with peers and prioritize features.
• Lead design reviews and architectural discussions.
• Build and maintain highly scalable data pipelines.
• Work closely with tech-ops and product managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design.
• Experience in programming with Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with applied machine learning models.
