Overview

The Triage Specialist will perform effective telephone triage to support dermatology patients based on their needs, ensuring high-quality standards in patient care.

In Short

  • Answer phones and return voicemails to handle patient inquiries.
  • Relay emergent situations and pathology results.
  • Schedule patient appointments and surgeries.
  • Document conversations and patient interactions in EMA.
  • Prioritize skin cancers based on specific criteria.
  • Explain Mohs procedures to patients.
  • Perform pre-op assessments and manage medication requirements.
  • Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements
