Clinical Triage Specialist - Remote

Overview

Eye Health America is looking for trained ophthalmic technicians who would like to apply their clinical knowledge to help patients in a remote capacity.

In Short

• Take inbound patient calls related to prescription questions and surgical inquiries.
• Place outbound calls for patient follow-ups and educational programs.
• Input and maintain accurate patient records.
• Advocate for patients and address their concerns.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Ophthalmic Technician experience.
• COA certification is a plus!
• Call center experience is a plus!
• Adequate training will be provided upon hire.
