Part-Time Triage Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Triage Specialist performs effective telephone triage to support dermatology patients based on their needs.

In Short

• Fully remote position, must be within driving distance of Flint, MI.
• Regular part-time hours (20-29 hrs/week).
• Answer phones and return voicemails to handle patient inquiries.
• Understand and relay stat emergent situations and pathology results.
• Schedule new patients and manage their charts and notes.
• Document all conversations in the EMA system.
• Prioritize skin cancers based on type and other factors.
• Explain Mohs procedures to patients.
• Perform pre-op assessments under provider guidelines.
