In Short

• Oversee the Payment Posting Team for assigned region.
• Reconcile bank deposits daily.
• Review and monitor workflows for cash application efficiency.
• Provide training for new hires and continued education for the team.
• Assist in correcting posting errors.
• Run reports as needed by management.
• Complete posting of payments and adjustments promptly.
• Engage operational personnel to resolve issues.
• Participate in team meetings and provide coaching.
• Ensure timely receipt of lockbox files.

Requirements

• Experience in accounts receivable management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in billing systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail in financial documentation.
• Understanding of revenue cycle processes.
• Capability to train and mentor team members.
• Experience in bank reconciliation.
• Knowledge of Electronic Remittance Advices (ERA) and Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT).
