  • Handles complaints diplomatically and functions well under pressure.
  • Utilizes resources to troubleshoot and resolve patient issues.
  • Reviews and updates patient account data accurately.
  • Documents patient accounts meticulously.
  • Sets up payment plans and processes credit card payments.
  • Participates in special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes.
  • Proficient in using billing systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Commitment to regular attendance.
