Overview

As a Payment Posting Specialist at Zotec Partners, you will be responsible for researching payment posting issues and ensuring timely and accurate application of payments to patient accounts.

In Short

• Research payment posting issues.
• Apply payments to patient accounts accurately.
• Communicate effectively with Banks, Clients, Attorneys, and Insurance Carriers.
• Understand Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
• Knowledge of payment processes from various sources.
• Work within deadlines and high volume conditions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Medical billing office knowledge preferred.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multi-task and deal with change constructively.
• Proficient in maneuvering in Insurance Carrier websites.
• Pleasant phone manner for external communications.
