Overview

As a Managed File Transfer Engineer at Zotec Partners, you will play a crucial role in managing and prioritizing daily SFTP and Mirth Connect tasks within the File Management Department, contributing to the transformation of the healthcare industry.

In Short

• Automate manual processes
• Analyze multiple file types and standards
• Configure SFTP users and folder structures
• Troubleshoot SFTP connection issues
• Train end users on SFTP and Secure Forms
• Set up folders, credentials, and automated file movement
• Work cross-functionally to configure HL7 connections
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal employees and clients
• Analyze data by writing and running basic SQL queries
• Manage assigned projects

Requirements

• Experience utilizing SQL, including writing and running queries
• Goanywhere experience preferred
• Knowledge of file structure for analysis (HL7, EDI x12, Image formats, Excel)
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Flexible mentality, eager to learn new technology
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Exercises discretion and independent judgment
