• Manage a variety of traffic operations and planning projects.
• Conduct corridor studies and freeway modeling.
• Review travel demand forecasting work.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Provide staff growth and mentorship.
• Develop strategic growth plans for the market.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
• Develop and review traffic models and analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in traffic/transportation engineering or civil engineering.
• 6 or more years of traffic engineering experience.
• A Professional Engineer license (PTOE preferred).
• Experience leading traffic engineering tasks and managing projects.
• Strong analytical skills and technical writing ability.
• Excellent interpersonal and public communication skills.
• Proficiency in traffic engineering software (e.g., Synchro/SimTraffic, VISSIM, HCS, CUBE).
