Overview

The Payment Posting Manager will lead the Revenue Cycle Management department, ensuring quality performance and compliance with policies to enhance the patient experience.

In Short

  • Manage daily operations of the Revenue Cycle Management department.

  • Conduct regular meetings with the RCM team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management or related field.
  • 5-7 years of medical billing experience, with at least 4 years in management.
  • Experience with PB Epic and Cash Management Module.
  • Strong analytical reporting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to Planned Parenthood’s mission and values.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
