Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience supporting a CEO or executive leader.
  • Excellence in project management across departments.
  • Strong track record in managing board relations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Collaborative work style with high emotional intelligence.
  • Commitment to equity and community-centered leadership.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the position.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
