Overview

The Chief of Staff at Clinical Health Network for Transformation (CHN) supports the President/CEO in executing organizational priorities and advancing health equity.

In Short

• Support the CEO in managing priorities and communications.
• Lead cross-functional project planning and execution.
• Manage the Office of the President’s annual goals and budget.
• Act as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors.
• Facilitate collaboration among the senior leadership team.

• Oversee contract management with the Finance team.
• Track compliance-related issues for the Office of the President.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience supporting a CEO or executive leader.
• Excellence in project management across departments.
• Strong track record in managing board relations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborative work style with high emotional intelligence.
• Commitment to equity and community-centered leadership.
• Willingness to travel as required by the position.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
