Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and people-focused HR Specialist to support and enhance our human resources operations (part time). The HR Specialist will play a key role in administering HR policies, procedures, and programs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

In Short

Administer and maintain HR systems, records, and documentation.
Assist in recruitment efforts by posting jobs and screening candidates.
Provide day-to-day employee support on HR-related matters.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Support employee relations initiatives and resolve HR issues.
Coordinate training and development programs as needed.
Assist with HR data analysis and reporting.
Participate in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
5+ years of experience in a generalist or specialist HR role.
Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity.
