Overview

The ON24 Event Specialist is responsible for the delivery of customer events using ON24’s virtual product suite.

In Short

• Provide enhanced ON24 experience for customers and attendees
• Manage live events
• Conduct customer training
• Troubleshoot and escalate event issues
• Act as product and subject matter expert
• Provide technical support and guidance
• Drive customer satisfaction with excellent service
• Perform webinar and virtual event activities as needed
• Work outside of regular hours as required
• Work independently with a sense of urgency

Requirements

• Knowledge of live streaming content
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Understanding of Internet browser software and operating systems
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent listening and communication skills
