License Compliance Specialist - Remote

Overview

QAD is seeking a License Compliance Specialist to join the Global Renewals and License Compliance team in Poland. You will be performing User Assessment audits on customers and managing UCA mailbox while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

In Short

• Conduct and analyze software usage audits on customers.
• Manage UCA mailbox and database customer records.
• Communicate with departments and customers regarding data changes.
• Manage mailings to customers and update records.
• Initiate post audit selling and negotiations.
• Create management and metrics reports.
• Manage and participate in projects.
• Update process documentation and work instructions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Negotiation skills and understanding of sales processes.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Very good command of English both written and spoken.
