In Short

• Assist in implementing QAD FTZ software for large manufacturing and distribution companies.
• Work directly with customers’ compliance and technical teams.
• Configure QAD FTZ and conduct technical integration.
• Train customers on process flows and procedures for FTZ processing.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical engineers.
• 3+ years of experience in FTZ operations required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
• Experience with logistics activities and import compliance systems is a plus.
• Remote position available for candidates in the Continental United States.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing or administering FTZs.
• First-hand understanding of foreign-trade zone operations.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of logistics activities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Experience with FTZ systems and data validation.
• Knowledge of import compliance systems preferred.
• Experience with data mapping and integration is a plus.
