Overview

The Sales Engineer is responsible for managing and increasing Pyrotek’s sales of technical products and solutions while developing long-term relationships with customers in the Aluminum division.

In Short

  • Manage and grow sales accounts for technical products.
  • Negotiate pricing and supply agreements with customers.
  • Provide technical support and resolve customer issues.
  • Prospect new customers and prepare quotations.
  • Maintain awareness of competitors’ activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Travel to customer facilities for sales and training.
  • Utilize CRM systems for reporting and communication.
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit targets.
  • Develop customer purchase agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Five years of sales experience in a technical industry.
  • Strong customer service and business acumen skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and sell technical solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
  • Valid US passport or ability to obtain one.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
